Our Philosophy
Children are a wonderful and vital part of the church. The church has the responsibility to equip and support parents in discipling their children.

Nursery Info
Sunday School
Sunday School has two nurseries: 0 to 18 months (or strong walkers) and 18 months (or strong walkers) to 2 years. Children age 2 and above have Sunday School classes.
Several cribs are available for naps in a separate but connected room. This room is also used by nursing mothers.
Morning Worship
Morning Worship has three nurseries: 0 to 18 months (or strong walkers); 18 months (or strong walkers) to 2 years; and 3 to 4 years. See below for older ages.

Evening Prayer
Evening Prayer has one combined nursery: 0 to 3 years. Children 4 and older may attend Covenant Kids (see below).

Children's Ministry Info
Sunday School
All the children’s classes follow a unified, age-appropriate curriculum that is aimed at training our children in the whole of God’s Word. A typical class will include a time of singing, a teaching/story from the Scriptures, and an activity based on the lesson. There are multiple classes divided by age and grade.
Covenant Kids
Children from age 4 to fifth grade meet on the third floor during the Sunday evening prayer meetings at 6:00 pm.
Covenant Kids is an interactive time when our associate pastor teaches children what it means to be a part of God’s church. It includes a time of singing, prayer, and brief instruction.
After meeting as a large group, children divide by age and work on memorizing age-appropriate catechisms together, with the help of adult volunteers.
Safety
Covenant Kids
We invite children PreK – 5th grade to join us for Covenant Kids Class on Sunday evenings. We gather as a church family in the sanctuary from 6:00-7:00 pm for worship and prayer. Children are dismissed to their class at 6:30 for a lesson and time spent memorizing age-appropriate catechisms.
During the school year, we meet on Wednesday evenings at 6:30 pm (following a fellowship meal at 6 pm) for devotions and additional catechism memorization work. This is followed by an art class concluding at 7:30 pm. The Fall semester begins September 11th. Register here.
