The Gospel and Race Relations

The Gospel and Race Relations

time 5:30 pm

October 25, 2020

How does the law of God inform our thinking about justice today in a nation with a history of racial oppression? What are we to make of the current landscape of Black Lives Matter, Racial Tensions, Critical Race Theory, and Identity Politics? How does the gospel enable us as the church to take the log out of our own eye and propel us to engage with our neighbors and culture? Join us for a panel discussion on Sunday, October 25th from 5:30-7:00 pm here in the Sanctuary to hear from the leadership of Holy Trinity and Sojourner about how God’s Word speaks into these issues. A major focus of the time will be question and answer in order to process these matters together as a church family. Please prayerfully consider who you might invite. There will be a Zoom option for those not able to attend in person.

Please RSVP so we can plan accordingly.
